Katy Fitness Challenge needs YOUR help with classes…
If you can help out in any of the following ways (even if your not currently a client!) please volunteer if you would like.
I WILL HEAVILY DISCOUNT YOUR MEMBERSHIP OR PERHAPS LET YOU TAKE ALL CLASSES FOR FREE!
EMAIL YOUR REQUEST / EXPECT SEVERAL DAYS FOR RESPONSE DUE TO CURRENT DEMAND:)
Can you help in any of these ways:
- BOOT CAMP ‘ASSISTANT’ COACHS - I need 3 assistant teachers for class. Someone that will nearly always be there – someone that can carry around some extra weights and yoga mats in the trunk of their car and who can help out occasionally during class. You won’t have to ‘teach’ class – just help out and help bring supplies each time. You’ll bring 2 extra sets of weights and an extra yoga matt at all times. You don’t need to be anyone special at all so anyone can apply! I need 3 of you! Oh yeah – you’ll get together w/ the other 2 assistant coaches to determine who will bring the diluted gatorade container each class.
- BOOT CAMP ‘RUNNING’ COACHS – I need you to help lead the group runs that take place before each and every workout. You will be able to comfortable run a 9 minute pace and you may occassionally help with the 10 minute preworkout stretching routine.
- BOOT CAMP SPONSORSHIPS - 2 NEW CLIENTS CAN VOLUNTEER for a sponsorship that we will grant you towards boot camp. You will get hugely discounted or free classes but you must show up ALL THE TIME and be willing to set a fantastic example for everyone else. If you start skipping or slipping you will be voted the hell out:) You must NEED THE DISCOUNT and be committed to serious fitness and explain to me why. Email me your story.
- BOOT CAMP NEWBIES – Basically everyone wants the ability to try something before purchasing it so yes……. Come on out anytime and join us for free. Just don’t forget to signup b/f coming on our so we have your info and so we are expecting you.
