Love it! I’ve been to a number of bootcamps and this one has definitely made me work out the hardest. My muscles ache (but in a good way) after most sessions and I have seen an improvement in terms of speed and time to my cardio workouts.Getting up at 4.30am… that was about my only reservation. I hate mornings, but enjoy this class so much I don’t find waking up such a chore! Definitely recommend. Have been telling friends and neighbors… plus members of Katy Fit.
This boot camp is awesome! The instructor is very motivating and gets the job done….I’ve worked out before at the gym, but this is totally different. I was scared at first, but am very motivated to keep coming back. I’m running more than I’ve ever done, so that’s awesome.I have already told people about this boot camp. I’m very happy to be a part of this group. Looking forward to getting more in shape and feeling better about myself.
It was hard, but I expected that. I like the fact that you can set your own pace so that you’re not really competing with others, just yourself. I’m very sore, but am sure that’s necessary to get the benefits. I was hesitant because of the name, ‘Boot Camp’. But after the initial phone call and conversation with the instructor, I felt like I could do it. It was not easy, but I didn’t expect it to be easy and I’ll go back because I don’t like to quit, plus it will hurt that much more if I don’t keep up or start and stop, etc. Yes, I’d recommend it. Especially, if you’re like me and keep telling yourself you’re going to get moving, but don’t. This way, if you pay and go, you have someone else telling you what to do and motivating you, along with the other members of the class.

Boot camp was challenging and a lot of fun. It was motivating being there with a lot of people who want to get into shape or better shape. Kris is an awesome instructor!I think my only hesitation was working out in a group setting. But after day 1 I didn’t feel like people were watching me mainly bc I wasn’t watching them and really I think we motivated each other! I would highly recommend it and I am trying to get friends to join me!!!
I love it!!! It’s a great way to get started everyday. I was scared and didn’t think I could do it, but I’m hanging in there. I already have spread the word. The instructor is awesome.
Boot camp is something I have needed. I had a baby eight months ago and my self-esteem has gone way down. Leaving boot camp this Monday I felt good about myself. Well- my body hurts very bad, but it’s a good pain. I didn’t think it would be as hard as it was.
Yes I would and have recommended lots of people to boot camp!
Wow am I sore!! A good sore though. I can’t say enough about the instructor and how motivating it is to have other people in the group wanting the same thing as I do! I know that everybody is feeling what I am feeling and that helps. I don’t want to be the one that is taking a break so that also pushes me. Thanks! -Meg
I really enjoy the morning Boot Camp. I’m not really a morning person, yet I’m always on time and feel energetic after the workout. Kris really puts an effort and does a great job pushing us and helps us improve at our own pace. The only doubt I had before enrolling was the fact that I had to wake up at 4 a.m, but I have been able to have discipline and wake up to make it on time.
I would definitely recommend the boot camp to any one who wants to exercise and have some discipline. I have recommended the boot camp to some of my friends already.
I think its tough, but what I was looking for to get back in shape! Fun!!:-) I was concerned I wouldn’t be able to keep up since I hadn’t done any exercise for 2 yrs.
I’d absolutely recommend the class to others and have! Gave Boot camp as a gift to my niece for her Birthday and halfway through she said to me she hated me. That really meant she loves me and the instructor Kris was doing a Great job!!! LOL We had a great time. Lots of good pain. NO pain No Gain!!!!
So far I think it is great. I like someone pushing me to keep going. I can tell that I will being seeing some physical changes with this program. My only hesitation was because of time, but actually it is nice because it gets me out of work on time. :) I would recommend it to others.
This is the 4th bootcamp I have done in the area and so far it has been the best! Kris is energetic and motivating and still manages to workout with all of us in his class. For those who want more cardio, this is definitely the bootcamp for you. He also offers a 25 min run prior bootcamp at no additional charge. Classes are 6 days a week! WAAAAHOOOOO! More for your money with one of the best trainers I have ever worked with.
I always wanted to do a boot camp class, but was always afraid to get out of my own environment so to speak. Finally I signed up with a friend to try it out. I regret not doing this sooner, then again I may not have the same experience as I have had with this one. You can’t beat the price and the coach is awesome! I’ve been there 4 weeks and have already gone down 1 pant size, my body is firmer and I’m feeling great!
After searching for months, I finally found a boot camp that is affordable!! It beats going to a gym, you have the benefits of being outside and someone there to guide you with a variety of cardio and strenght training. Kris is awesome he is not the instructor that is yelling & screaming at you, he is fun, energetic, and encouraging. He pushes you but allows you to work at your own pace. This boot camp is definitely a self-esteem booster and I feel great after each workout!! I will be recommending this camp to friends, family, co-workers & anyone interested in this type of workout!!
I’m so happy I joined this boot camp, it has really helped me get into better shape and tone my body. Of course I was hesitant mainly because it was a bit of a drive for me, I didn’t know anyone there and was worried I wouldn’t have the support of a friend, and I thought it would be too difficult and I wouldn’t meet the expectations of the instructor. After the first class, all of my fears were dispelled. I have found that the group is incredibly friendly and supportive and it has totally been worth the drive.
I like the fact that each exercise is individualized for the fitness level of each person allowing us to all work out together but to own individual capacity. This has made me feel as though there was no way to not succeed in each session. I have my bad days and good days but with this group it’s never noticed and I’m always comfortable. My boot camp instructor is very friendly, non-intimidating and somehow takes the time to give everyone individual attention. I have recommend this boot camp to friends as well as co-worker and will continue to encourage enrollment considering the class is filling up fast and registration will soon be closed.
I WILL say that I was super reluctant to sign up for the autopay (mostly because I’m a commitment phobe), but once I found out it was through paypal and I could cancel anytime without penalty or argument I decided to do it , and I’m glad I did. I’m now a regular who’s been here several months and the autopay makes it very easy for my financial records.
I have thoroughly enjoyed the bootcamp classes. Kris goes hard but at the same time keeps in mind that everyone is not on the same wave length of abilities. Keep with the program and you will see results. He is very encouraging and the most reasonably priced around. I have seen this class grow alot since I have been attending so others should join fast because he will get full soon. And men you won’t be disappointed!! ;)
I’ve been attending the Boot Camp for six weeks now. Haven’t missed a day and I feel great. Weight is down and my physical endurance has increased tremendously. Not bad for a 60 year old geezer.
The boot camp members have been great and they are all a fun group. I was a little hesitant at first because I was the only guy, but the girls immediately accepted me into the group. Glad to finally see more guys showing up.
I highly recommend this boot camp. Kris is a great instructor and motivator. Plus you can’t beat the price for the camp.
Loved it!! (except for the sprints and running!! but there was not much of this) You did not make me feel embarrassed when I could not keep up. I liked the varied activities involved. – Was concerned about my age and the fact that I am NOT an athletic person at all! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS CLASS TO OTHERS: ) Great instructor!!!
I’ve been attending Bootcamp for 11 weeks now. When I started my weight was 238. I could barely do one pushup much less a sit-up. I had constant problems with my calves.
I am now at 215! I can do 100 pushups and 100 sit-ups. I can run like the wind and I feel great!
I owe it all to Kris and the great group of guys and girls attending Bootcamp that I consider my good friends.

This is such a great class! Very interactive, motivating, fun and it produces results! I didn’t have any hesitation. I already do recommend it to others. Kris, you are just awesome! It is evident that you really care and are always willing to “go the distance”. Your great attitude and positive energy are contageous and you always make everyone feel welcome. Awesome!!! Wonderful!! Makes me feel energied all day. I like that once I do really well in an area there’s a level to go up. So I never master anything, I’m always working to do a new modification. – I thought it was going to be easy when I first came but I was sadly mistaken. It’s hard but it’s not so hard I can’t do it. – I recommend it to everyone that I can. Keep up the good work
I think it’s great! Exactly what I needed! – I live out in Cy-Fair and would really enjoy something a little closer but I still drive to this one.
I truly enjoy boot camp, I like the accountability of having a start time to my workouts and friends to get it done with. – I had not had a guided workout schedule since high school so I was nervous that I would not be able to complete an hour workout. With Kris I never felt uncomfortable if I needed to take short break or do less reps, but he is there encouraging you to push through til the end. I started after my friend invited me out. —— I like the class, you can make it fit your fitness level. You get out what you put in!
I really enjoy going to boot camp. Kris does a GREAT job as an instructor and keeps it fun. He motivates everyone to do their best but isn’t too pushy to where people feel uncomfortable. It is great for all fitness levels. – I was nervous to start boot camp as I am not the most in shape person. However, the very first day I started I knew the camp was something I was going to enjoy and want to continue. The running has been a challenge for me but it has definitely gotten easier and more enjoyable. – I would absolutely recommend bootcamp to others. It is a great way to meet new people while getting in shape at the same time. =)
Kris does a great job as the instructor. I am extremely impressed with his dedication to the recruits and to making the camp better. He is extremely flexible and truly cares about each and every person. Hispassion for fitness and helping others really shows and keeps everyone motivated to do their best.

I really enjoy coming to bootcamp. It’s a great workout. I have participated in a bootcamp in the past and each one is different so I was more anxious to see what Katy boot camp would be like. I was pleasantly surprised. Exercises were a bit challenging initially, but doable. You’re allowed to go at your own pace and there are modifications for just about everything we do if needed It’s great for weight loss, toning and if you just want a great workout to help maintain and stay fit. I have lost 11 pounds so far and I feel great! – I would highly recommend this boot camp! ——
I think it is awesome!!! I am excited to go and enjoy it even thoough i cant move in the morning!!!! LOL – i figured it would be hard, but i didnt think i was this out of shape, but in a few weeks i am sure i will be able to keep up better. I’m also trying to encourage my friends to come and try it out

For folks who are on this site while sitting on a couch, Look no further. This is THE best way, guaranteed, to start your weight loss or get in shape endeavor. Kris is very knowledgeable and keeps the group motivated. I have started seeing good results within 3 weeks of starting the program. You will be sore, but will be able to take on more challenge.
Dump those ipads, cable TV subscriptions, fitness info-commercials etc and come out to live healthy. The only way to stay fit is the hard way. There are no revolutionary, amazing, magical and easy ways to stay healthy.

The best workout I have had in my life!!! All done under a non-intimidating environment. Kris is an enthusiastic trainer and a great motivator. We play alot of email tag but he is always ready to help you succeed in person. Overall it’s still really fun class!!! I would absolutely recommend it!!!
Love Boot Camp because in one hour I get in a great weight training workout plus cardio, and I don’t get bored like I do at the gym and the hour passes fast. Kris is great because he pushes you hard, but not the scary, scream in your face, make you do pushups until you puke kind of hard. I’d only done one boot camp before (somewhere else) and it was MISERABLE. I was in pretty good shape at the time and I still thought for sure I was going to puke and/or pass out. So I was a little nervous about putting myself through that again. But your boot camp was different and less intimidating – Definitely recommend this class to ALL MY FRIENDS!!!
I’ve avoided boot camps because I thought there would be tons of screaming and “singling out” if you weren’t doing the move right. Kris is so motivating, energetic and most of all knowledgeable. I’m so thankful I found such a great program. I’m looking forward to gaining the knowledge to make some healthier choices…and most of all lose lbs. – – I sure will recommend this boot camp to others. I’m so impressed.
I LOVE IT!!! It is positivly the best boot camp in Katy that I have been to. The bootcampers are fun and nice, Kris is supportive, and very informative about nutrition and goal setting. I LOVE that he shows you 3 different ways to do each exercise, beginners, seasoned, and “awesome”… I know that I will reach my goals very quickly. I had hesitations before starting because I had been to a few bootcamp trial sessions and they were all pretty much blah, and not what I was looking for. But then, I got to Kris’s and I immediatley fell in love… This bootcamp is perfect for me!!:)
I LOVE the Boot Camp Class! I love the variety of the class and that Kris pushes us to do our best without killing ourselves. And I love that the hour always seems to fly by! – I was nervous before my first class because I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to keep up. But now I know to just do my best and I surprised myself a few times too! Absolutely love this class – it is by far the best workout class I’ve attended. I’d love to see more class times too!
Alright Folks, Today I complete my one year in Bootcamp. It has been a great experience. There are no words to describe Kris’s talent, motivation and commitment.
When I joined, I could barely run 0.5 miles. Now I’m regularly doing 5 miles at a sub 9:20 pace. Also, I’m down 37 lbs and have added a lot of muscle and definition. Old Friends can hardly recognize me. If you are serious in getting fit, join Kris’s bootcamp.

Let me tell u, I was totlly frightened by the name of the boot camp..I would never imagine myself joining a boot camp..but finally I joined and happy to be part of this camp.
Kris is talented,motivated,knowledgeable and commited..He was the one said “You can do it”..Whether its 2 ppl or crowd of 15, Kris knows our strengths and weaknesses. He is the heart of the boot camp..
The whole environment of working out together itself is motivationg…No Pain No Gain .and I know I am gaining even after all sore and pain..Thank you Kris..the fear of Boot camp is totally gone now..
